Vendors must meet certain criteria to sell on allso.in. By registering as a vendor, you agree to provide accurate information about your business, products, and services. allso.in reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor applications at its discretion.
All products listed by vendors must comply with allso.in's guidelines and applicable laws. Vendors must ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate. Any misleading or false information may result in the suspension of the vendor's account.
Vendors are responsible for shipping and fulfilling orders within the specified timeframes. allso.in expects vendors to ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers. Any delays or issues with shipping should be communicated promptly to both allso.in and the customer.
allso.in charges a commission on each sale made through the platform. The commission rate will be communicated to vendors upon approval. Payments will be disbursed to vendors on a [weekly/monthly] basis, after deducting any applicable fees or commissions.
Vendors are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions with customers and allso.in. Any misconduct, including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of policies, may result in immediate suspension or termination of the vendor account.
In the event of a dispute between a vendor and a customer, allso.in will act as a mediator to resolve the issue. Vendors are expected to cooperate fully in resolving disputes. If the dispute cannot be resolved, allso.in reserves the right to make a final decision.
allso.in reserves the right to update or modify this vendor policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to vendors, and it is the vendor's responsibility to review the policy periodically to stay informed of updates.
