Who is is a branch developed by VED SHASTRA ASTRO PRIVATE LIMITED a company registered under Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office located at A-502, DEVAM APPARTMENT, MOTERA, AHMEDABAD – 380005, GUJARAT, INDIA (“Company”). The Company provides facilities relating to Astrology and Vastu Shastra related all the activities to all the vendors who are associated with is a platform which provides services and products relating to Astrology and Vastu Shastra to all the vendors who are doing business and profession.

Following are the rules and regulations for associating with us at

  1. Terms of Refund and Return.
    • Exchange is only acceptable in case of any defect and damage in the product during shipping to the user. The user must initiate request for exchange for return of the product not later than 1 day from the date of delivery of the product. However such damaged or defected product must be returned to the vender from whom such shipping is made to the user.
    • In case of Change of Mind of the user regarding the product, then user must have to generate return request of the product within 24 hours of the delivery and such product must be in completely original seal pack condition and in such cases whatever shipping charges will be there that must be bear by the customer only.
    • In case of any wrong product will get receive from the user then in that case the user must have option either to return the product and get refund or replace the product but for that the user must have to generate request for the same within 24 hours of the delivery of the product.

  2. Return or Refund of the purchased Products shall not be entertained by if:
    • The user has opened the product and at the time of inspection of the product the vendor is not satisfied with the condition of the product.
    • The price tag, brand tag, box, original packing material and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the user.
    • The serial number, certificate, bar code of the product as applicable does not match with the records of the vendor.
    • The accessories delivered with the product are not returned along with the product in an undamaged condition.
    • There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the product or any part thereof.
    • The gifts accompanying the purchased product have not been returned, or upon being returned show signs of being used or defected.
    • or Vendor is satisfied that the product has been rendered defective or unusable.
    • or Vendor shall not accept return or refund requests raised for any such products that may be specified by from time to time.
    • Refund request will not be entertained in case such product is not the refund policy of the vendor.

  3. How do I return?
    • If the product is purchased from then email us for refund or return request at INFO@ALLSO.IN with complete details.
    • The terms contained in Return and Refund Policy must be accepted without modification and the user must agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for return or refund of the product on this platform.
    • reserves the right of alter and enforce this return and refund policy at anytime without having to serve a prior notice to the user.

  4. How to Communicate For Returns and Refund?
    • The request for refund and return must be communicated via registered email address of the user within 24 hours of the delivery of the product at INFO@ ALLSO.IN
    • In the email the user must have to send product images with valid reason for refund or return of the product.
    • Please note that the product must be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact, no water damage and should be send back in original packing along with all the parts and freebies with the confirmation mail. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product is properly packaged at the time of returning of the product.
    • The user must have to send the product back to the registered address from where such product is delivered.

  5. How soon will I get my refund?
    • Once return request is received from the user, then our inspection team will come to verify the return product thoroughly. We will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned product and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the product and if it is genuine then the refund will be given within 7 working days.
    • If the product is eligible for refund or replacement, we will intimate you for the same via registered email id of the user only.

  6. How Will You Refund If Product Purchase On COD?
    • If the product is purchased under Cash on Delivery or via any Payment Gateway mode then in that case bank details of the user will be asked for refund and such refund will be given within 7 working days after receiving product from the user.

All Below Issues Must Be Informed To Us By 24 Hours After Receiving the Product at our support email address INFO@ALLSO.IN with appropriate video and images .
